Ticketing & Reservation Executive

About the role

Wanderlust Trails Travels Ltd. is seeking a diligent Ticketing & Reservation Executive to handle both domestic and international airline reservations and ticketing operations. The role is office‑based and requires a customer‑focused attitude with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Process airline ticket bookings and reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Manage ticket issuance, cancellations, and re‑issues in compliance with airline policies.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with airline partners and internal teams to resolve booking issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel reservation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Studies, or Arts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• GDS certification.
