Assistant Manager, RCM Operations

About the role

As Assistant Manager, RCM Operations you will lead and manage teams responsible for process automation, LLM‑based solutions, and operational tooling. You’ll set direction, optimize workflows, and ensure delivery at scale while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of analysts, engineers, and automation specialists.
• Scale teams and systems to support projected 4× company growth.
• Design, develop, and implement LLM‑based automation pipelines for RCM workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define technical specifications and scalable architecture.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and architect solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Standardize documentation, implement QA checkpoints, and build dashboards to monitor automation success.

Required profile

• 3+ years in technical operations roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Program Manager, preferably in fintech, healthcare, or SaaS.
• Proven top‑performer reputation with a builder mindset and extreme ownership.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience leading technical teams in automation and AI‑driven solutions.

Required skills

• SQL and Python for data manipulation, automation scripts, and reporting.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with LLM‑based APIs and AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Dashboard creation using Excel, BI platforms, or similar tools.
