Senior Data Operations Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Analyst to join our RCM Global Operations team. The role ensures the accuracy and reliability of key processes and data, supporting the mission to improve healthcare provider efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance checks on operational processes, guaranteeing zero errors.
• Follow detailed processes meticulously and keep documentation comprehensive and up‑to‑date.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, perform quality checks, identify discrepancies and support business decisions.
• Create detailed instructions and process documents to guide internal teams.
• Communicate complex topics clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management to uphold quality standards and resolve emerging issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an engineering or data‑analysis technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain detailed process records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with a commitment to high‑quality output.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
