Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

Commure is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join its AR team in Dhaka. You will manage billing and payment data, support collection activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting while collaborating with global AR and revenue teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal and external AR communication channels and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support collection activities by executing established strategies and coordinating with stakeholders to improve cash flow.
• Prepare and provide accurate documentation to internal and external parties.
• Reconcile bank and payment data daily and maintain accurate customer billing records across multiple product lines.
• Generate recurring AR and cash‑flow reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date AR data for multiple departments and handle ad‑hoc data analysis tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Experience handling high‑volume communications and shared inboxes.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP system (preferred).
