About the role
Sunnah Enterprise is looking for motivated Call Center Executives to join its office in Wari. This full‑time position involves interacting with customers over the phone, providing information and support while maintaining a professional image of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call handling targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the local language.
- Ability to work in an office setting and follow established procedures.

What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from Tk. 12,000 to Tk. 15,000.

- Full‑time, office‑based role with a stable work schedule.
