About the role
Hotel Castle Salam Ltd. is looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to lead its Chinese cuisine operations at the Khulna Sadar location. This full‑time position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in Chinese culinary techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the production of authentic Chinese dishes in line with hotel standards.
- Maintain high quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.
Required profile
- 12 to 20 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions and techniques.
