Coordinator - Supply Chain

About the role

Save the Children is looking for a Coordinator – Supply Chain to manage procurement of goods, services and works across its country and field offices. The role ensures value for money, timely delivery and compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements while supporting both development programmes and humanitarian responses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute procurement processes for goods, services and works across the country office and field locations.
• Ensure compliance with Save the Children policies, donor requirements and international logistics standards.
• Support strategic procurement planning and implement key supply‑chain initiatives.
• Analyse procurement data, monitor performance indicators and prepare for audits.
• Maintain purchase order pipelines, conduct market analysis and manage supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Proven experience in sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, contract and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance, internal controls and value‑for‑money principles.
• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
