Deputy Manager/ Junior Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

About the role

The Finance & Accounts department of Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager/Junior Assistant Manager to support senior leadership in overseeing financial operations. This full-time position will play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, manage bank relationships and oversee treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Support the preparation of management reports for senior executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.25 (or equivalent academic performance).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent academic background from a reputable public or private university.
