Digital Marketing Specialist - Manager

About the role

PeopleScape is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Manager to lead international B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools to drive ROI.
• Manage global marketing budgets, set KPIs, and report on campaign outcomes.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to align messaging for the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude to enhance content creation and optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with international clients.
• Proven track record in B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing.
• Experience developing departmental budgets and performance KPIs.
