ERP System Operations Executive

About the role

The ERP System Operations Executive will support Gold King Jewellers by managing daily ERP activities, ensuring data accuracy, and providing operational support to finance and accounting teams. This entry‑level position offers exposure to enterprise resource planning within a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain ERP system performance and data integrity.
• Process accounting entries, generate routine financial reports, and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT for escalations.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to ensure seamless data flow across modules.
• Assist in system upgrades, data migrations, and documentation of standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Information System, Management Information System, Finance, or related field.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience or internship exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic IT concepts.
