About the role
We are seeking an Executive to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts at Euro‑Bangla Builders. Based in Dhaka, you will drive business growth by developing strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting our construction services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or MBA, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
