About the role

Akij Resources is seeking a dynamic Finance Operations Manager or Senior Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, digital transformation and operational optimisation across the organisation. The role will drive financial excellence, ensure compliance and foster cross‑functional collaboration to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives within finance, including automation and data analytics.
• Optimise finance processes for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are maintained.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial strategy with operational goals.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in finance, accounting or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing finance operations and leading teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on value creation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
