Front-End Developer (React)

About the role

StrativHybrid is looking for a motivated Mid‑Senior Front‑End Developer to join its growing team in Mirpur, Dhaka. You will work on a brand‑new, highly responsive web interface using modern React technologies while collaborating with cross‑functional product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a new, highly responsive, web‑based user interface.
• Implement user‑facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front‑end libraries for future projects.
• Translate designs and wireframes into clean, high‑quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across diverse devices and browsers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of front‑end development experience.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on React.js experience.
• Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding standards, documentation and change‑management processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make effective decisions.
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback.
• Strong technical communication skills in English.
