About the role
The General Manager will lead the Sample Room operations for a reputed multinational apparel buying office located in Ashulia. This full‑time, office‑based position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of garment samples.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the Sample Room, including sample preparation, tracking and delivery.
- Manage and develop the Sample Room team to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Coordinate with buyers, designers and production teams to align sample specifications.
- Maintain records and reporting on sample flow and performance metrics.
Required profile
- 15–17 years of experience in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of sample room processes and buyer requirements.
