Head of Administration – Healthcare/Diagnostic/Hospital

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the administration function of a healthcare, diagnostic or hospital organization. The position is based in Bangladesh and will be performed from the office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to support efficient service delivery.
• Manage budgeting, procurement and resource allocation for administrative departments.
• Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and performance management.

Required profile

• 12‑17 years of relevant experience in administration or human resources.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or related environment.
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
• Post‑graduate Diploma in HR Management (PGDHRM), CHRMP or ECDL – considered an advantage.
