Head of Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives within the marketing agency sector. The role will focus on expanding our client base, forging partnerships, and driving revenue through brand collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and acquire new clients.
• Identify, negotiate and secure partnerships with brands, agencies and media platforms.
• Lead negotiations for brand collaborations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Mentor and lead the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the marketing and media landscape of Bangladesh.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong network in the Bangladesh marketing and media sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
