About the role

Decor Interior Ltd. is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its finance function across Bangladesh. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

Oversee corporate finance activities and financial reporting.
Manage budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
Direct cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with taxation, VAT and customs regulations.

Required profile

8 to 16 years of relevant finance experience.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting.
CA/ACCA/CMA (part‑qualified or qualified) is an added advantage.
Professional training or certification in financial management, accounting, taxation, VAT & customs.
