About the role
The Head of Operations & Quality Audit (F&B) will lead operational excellence and quality assurance for the food and beverage division.
Required profile
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- MBA or Master’s degree and certifications in HACCP, Food Safety, or Quality Management are advantageous.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor of Arts (BA), or related degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Management.
