About the role

Crystal Insurance PLC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function across Bangladesh. The position is full‑time, based in an office environment, and reports to senior management. The role offers the flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management is preferred.
Professional certification in HRM is an added advantage.
