Intervention Officer

About the role

BADAS Centre for Health Research and Implementation (BADAS‑CHRI) is hiring an Intervention Officer to support its health research and implementation programmes in Faridpur, Bangladesh. This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of Tk 60,000–70,000 and requires at least five years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring health‑related interventions as directed by senior project staff.
• Collaborate with local partners and community stakeholders to ensure interventions align with research objectives.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports and data required for project evaluation.
• Support logistical arrangements for field activities, including procurement and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or Public Administration.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in public health, social work, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
