About the role
Silkways Group is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Officer to join its team at the Tejgaon Industrial Area office. This full‑time position supports the company’s quality initiatives and works closely with senior staff to ensure products meet required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance procedures.
- Participate in routine inspections and testing activities.
- Document findings and help prepare quality reports.
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
