ARC Technology, a leading electrical solutions provider in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive its brand presence and business growth. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Strengthen ARC Technology’s brand in the power and energy sector.
• Design, implement, and evaluate multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and industry trends.
• Promote business growth by fostering relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to deliver creative, high‑performance results.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
• Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in EEE, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the power or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
