National Sales Manager

About the role

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s sales performance across Bangladesh. Reporting to senior leadership, the role involves shaping national sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and nurture key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust tactics.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch initiatives that boost demand.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
