About the role

The Nursery Manager will lead the BRAC Nursery operations, ensuring profitability and meeting production goals.

Key responsibilities

Operate the nursery profitably by achieving monthly sales and production targets.
Manage inventory efficiently to support continuous operations.
Improve worker productivity through effective supervision.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities.
Develop staff capabilities and provide training.

Required profile

Graduate (B.Sc in Agriculture, Forestry or Horticulture preferred) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/division.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
