About the role

The Payroll Support and Service Executive (Officer‑AVP) will act as a key liaison for the Payroll Department, ensuring that customers receive superior service while all regulatory and service standards are strictly adhered to. This full‑time, office‑based position is essential for maintaining an effective payroll service channel within the bank.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external payroll users.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal service standards in payroll operations.
Facilitate smooth and efficient payroll processes, acting as the primary service channel for the department.
Monitor and improve service delivery metrics to enhance overall department effectiveness.

Required profile

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in payroll, finance, or related banking functions.
Demonstrated ability to work in an office environment and manage service‑oriented tasks.
Full‑time availability and commitment to the role.
