About the role
The Mainamoti Nursing College is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Principal or Vice Principal. This senior position will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the college, ensuring high‑quality nursing education and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day management of the nursing college.
- Develop, review, and update curricula in line with national nursing standards.
- Supervise academic and support staff, fostering professional development.
- Ensure accreditation requirements and regulatory compliance are met.
- Oversee student admissions, progression, and welfare services.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to support optimal learning environments.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing.
- Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing (or related field).
- Valid and current RN registration.
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in nursing education or clinical leadership.
- PhD in Nursing preferred.
