Production Manager

About the role
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the operations of our modern frozen fish processing plant in Sunamganj. The role focuses on meeting international food safety standards, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and manage workflow to meet output goals.
- Implement and monitor food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRC).
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams to maintain equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Develop and track performance metrics, reporting on productivity and cost efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the food processing industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
