Sales Development Representative – Night Shift (Bangladesh)

About the role

Commure is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join its Bangladesh sales team. Working night‑shift hours, you will create new sales opportunities for an AI‑powered healthcare platform and support US‑based Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Qualify leads, understand business needs and communicate the value of Commure’s solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstration meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and provide relevant prospect information before meetings.
• Meet defined activity and performance targets for outreach, qualified meetings and generated opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive, persistent approach to prospecting.
• Ability to learn complex products and convey their value simply.
• Comfort with outbound calling and frequent customer conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
