Senior Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Senior Customer Service Executive will lead the front‑line team that handles patient and client inquiries for Prescription Point Ltd. Based in the Banani office, the role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, managing escalations and ensuring smooth coordination with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations and monitor key performance indicators.
• Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
• Handle complex or escalated patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with medical and diagnostic teams to provide accurate information.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA or any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or call‑center environment.
• Professional certification or training in Customer Service, Call Center Management, or Patient Care is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
