About the role

Safa Barakah Travels is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Executive to manage air ticketing, visa processing and both B2B and B2C sales. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service for domestic and international travel.

Key responsibilities

Process and issue air tickets for clients.
Handle visa applications and related documentation.
Provide customer service and support throughout the travel journey.
Drive B2B and B2C sales activities to meet targets.

Required profile

3 to 7 years of relevant experience in travel, ticketing or visa services.
Proactive, responsible and detail‑oriented attitude.
