About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Sahaj Mobile BD Ltd. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze variances, conduct cohort and vintage analysis, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or related finance roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; MBA or MPF preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
