Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial and branding initiatives. The role reports to senior leadership and will shape business decisions in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering innovation.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for sales and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing or related commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) – MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of influencing senior management.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven attitude.
