About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Officer to lead the promotion and distribution of garment accessories for a reputable garments manufacturing company based in Dhaka. The role is office‑based and requires 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for garment accessories.
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Coordinate with production and supply‑chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
Required profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the garment or accessories sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.
