About the role
The company is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead planning activities within its Woven Garments Division. Based in Bhaluka, the position is full‑time and office‑based, reporting to senior management and supporting two key vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans for woven garment lines.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing and logistics teams to ensure schedules are realistic and achievable.
- Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on capacity, inventory levels and delivery performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in planning or production scheduling, preferably in apparel or textile manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
