Supervision Engineer – Highway Construction

About the role

The Supervision Engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team to oversee road safety and highway civil works. Reporting to the Resident Supervision Engineers, you will ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily supervision of civil works, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Assist in quality control, testing oversight, and measurement of works.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, records, and measurement reports.
• Implement traffic management and work‑zone safety arrangements.
• Promptly report non‑conformities, incidents and issues to the supervision management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of overall professional experience, including 7 years supervising highway construction.
• Experience with development‑partner financed projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA).
