About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Uttara Sector 4. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in tele‑sales or customer support.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in an office environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.
