About the role
The Telemarketing Executive will join Aziz Manzil’s Party Place & Banquet Hall team in Segunbagicha, handling outbound and inbound calls to attract and retain customers for the venue’s services. The role involves daily communication with prospective and existing clients to promote bookings and provide information.
Key responsibilities
- Interact regularly with new and existing customers via phone.
- Use a company‑provided mobile phone for all work‑related communication.
- Participate in training and receive guidance from the company to improve performance.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
