Territory Sales Officer / Territory Sales Executive

About the role

Sharif Industrial Company Limited is seeking a target‑oriented Territory Sales Officer / Executive to expand the market presence of its battery products across several districts in Bangladesh. The position requires regular travel within the assigned territories, reporting to the regional sales manager, and building strong dealer relationships while achieving defined sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and market expansion of battery products in the assigned territories.
• Develop and manage a network of dealers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial or battery sector.
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Marketing.
• Target‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the listed districts.
• Proficiency in basic office tools such as MS Office.
