About the role

The Textile Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering after‑sales support for spandex yarn products. You will work closely with customers to ensure their technical and documentation needs are met, strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide after‑sales services for spandex yarn, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer factories to gather operational information.
  • Collect, verify, and archive relevant customer documents and factory data.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any product‑related issues.

Required profile

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in textile sales or after‑sales support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
