UI/UX Designer for Mobile Care Companion

About the role

Noora Health is looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the Mobile Care Companion (MCC) experience for families in Bangladesh. You will create intuitive, low‑friction digital journeys that reinforce health education delivered in hospitals and support users through WhatsApp, IVRS and tele‑training channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end MCC experiences across WhatsApp, IVRS and tele‑training, focusing on learning, engagement, triage and action.
• Develop user journeys that align with in‑person Care Companion Program sessions for NCD, General Medicine & Surgery, Antenatal Care and Postnatal Care.
• Ground designs in Bangladesh’s national health guidelines and adapt them as protocols evolve.
• Create high‑quality triage flows that route user queries to the appropriate medical executive or doctor, including AI‑human hand‑off.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs that support low‑literacy, low‑resource users.

Required profile

• Experience designing mobile‑first experiences for diverse user groups, especially low‑literacy audiences.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and voice‑based IVRS systems.
• Ability to translate health guidelines into clear, actionable digital journeys.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and iterative prototyping.

Required skills

• Creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.
