Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager (ASM/TSM)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager (also known as Territory Sales Manager) will be responsible for driving sales across an assigned region in Bangladesh for Crunchis Foods & Seasonings Ltd. This full‑time position reports to senior management and focuses on expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to market penetration and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the designated territory.
• Identify and engage potential customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and report results to management.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Train, mentor and support junior sales staff as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (BBA preferred).
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales or territory management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
