About the role

The Voluntary Association for Rural Development (VARD) is seeking three Assistant Hospital Managers to support its hospitals in Cumilla, Sunamganj and Sylhet. The position combines administrative duties with field‑operation support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning of hospital services.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Hospital Manager in coordinating administrative processes and field activities.
Support the implementation of health programmes, particularly in eye health and public health.
Help maintain records, reports and compliance with organisational standards.
Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Required profile

Master’s degree in any discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in eye health, public health, hospital management or clinic management within a reputable organization.
