About the role
The Housing Society is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Management Information System (MIS) focused on land documentation. The role combines data handling, reporting, and oversight of land‑related records within an office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update land documentation databases, including deeds, khatian, and name‑registration records.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Maintain document archives and ensure accurate data entry and verification.
- Supervise a small team, monitor work progress and meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred); Bachelor in Computer Science is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in land management, documentation, or related MIS functions.
- Familiarity with Bangla and English typing.
Required skills
- Data management and report preparation.
- Document management and archival processes.
- Proficiency in Bangla and English typing.
