About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Supervisor to lead Customer Relationship Management activities for global apparel brands and manufacturers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and our technical teams while developing expertise in service, account management and laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key apparel customers.
Coordinate customer requirements with internal technical and laboratory teams.
Oversee day‑to‑day account activities and resolve service issues.
Support the development of customer service standards and best practices.
Supervise a small team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Production, or BBA in Marketing.
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in customer relationship or account management.
Familiarity with the apparel and textile industry.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
