• Alternatively, eight years of total experience (post‑Ph.D. not required) in the discipline.
• Demonstrated research productivity with at least eight peer‑reviewed publications and a cumulative impact factor of 2.0 or higher as measured by the Reuter‑Thompson index.
• Strong academic record and commitment to teaching excellence.
