Behavioral Communication & Content Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Behavioral Communication & Content Designer to join Noora Health’s Mobile Care Companion (MCC) team in Dhaka. The role focuses on creating medically accurate, engaging digital content that helps families in Bangladesh adopt health‑saving behaviors after hospital discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Apply behavioral science and conversational design principles to translate medical guidance into clear, low‑literacy‑friendly messages for IVR and WhatsApp.
• Develop end‑to‑end content flows, including text, audio, and escalation paths to medical executives.
• Adapt condition‑specific content for non‑communicable diseases, general medicine, antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring alignment with in‑person Care Companion Program material.
• Collaborate with product, research, and medical teams to turn strategy and insights into actionable digital content.
• Continuously test and refine content to reduce user drop‑off and improve engagement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of behavioral science and health communication.
• Experience designing content for low‑literacy or low‑resource audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, research, and medical teams.

Required skills

• Conversational design for IVR and messaging platforms.
• Content sequencing and behavior‑change strategy.
• Knowledge of Bangladesh health guidelines and cultural context.
