About the role

UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its marketing function from its Dhaka office. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and reports to senior leadership. There is a single vacancy and the compensation is offered as a monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

15–20 years of relevant marketing experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., BBA in Marketing, MBA in Marketing, BSc in Computer Science & Engineering, MSc in Computer Science & Engineering)
