Chinese Interpreter

About the role

We are seeking a proficient Chinese Interpreter to join our team in Dhaka. The role involves facilitating clear communication between Chinese-speaking partners and our English-speaking staff, supporting business operations and client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken Chinese and English during meetings, calls, and negotiations.
• Translate written documents, emails, and contracts from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Assist in preparing bilingual materials for presentations and marketing.
• Provide cultural insights to ensure effective business communication.

Required profile

• Minimum HSK Level 4 certification; preference for candidates with HSK Level 5 or 6.
• 1 to 3 years of interpreting or translation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, English, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong Chinese language proficiency (HSK Level 4+).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional interpreting and translation abilities.
