About the role

We are seeking dynamic Counselors to join our education consultancy team, guiding prospective students through international study options and admission procedures. The role involves both entry‑level counseling and senior advisory responsibilities, ensuring applicants receive accurate, personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students on overseas education pathways, program selection, and admission requirements.
• Assist clients in preparing application documents, including transcripts, essays, and recommendation letters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of international university criteria and scholarship opportunities.
• Coordinate with partner institutions to verify eligibility and facilitate enrollment processes.
• Track and report counseling activities and conversion metrics to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
• Master of Business Management (MBM) degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in education counseling or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
