Culinary Chef

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Culinary Chef to join our fast‑food chain operating across Bangladesh. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our brand standards for taste, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the production of menu items in accordance with company recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to achieve efficient service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients.
• Assist in menu development and continuous improvement of cooking processes.

Required profile

• 5 to 6 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a fast‑food or restaurant environment.
• Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant professional culinary training.
• Food safety/hygiene certification is an advantage.
